Public Hearing: Site Plan Application-Chelsealand, LLC(PDF, 33MB) , is proposing to erect three 60’x175’ buildings which will consist of 21- 25’x60’ contractor suites with associated parking to be located at the corner of Technology Drive and Innovation Way in the Libby Hill Business Park at City Tax Map-002 Lot 020-018.
  4. Public Hearing- Site Plan Application/Subdivision Amendment-RELLC, LLC(PDF, 20MB) is proposing to erect a 60’x120’ manufacturing building with associated impervious areas, and is also proposing a subdivision amendment to eliminate the common boundary line between the two parcels and combine them into one parcel to be able to install a  60’x60’ maintenance building, located at the end of Enterprise Ave in the Libby Hill Business Park., City Tac Map 007 Lots 018- A-009 and 009.
  5. Public Hearing: Site Plan Application- City of Gardiner(PDF, 37MB)  is proposing to use approximately 2 acres of the 7.14 acre lot to create a 200’ x 200’ snow dump area behind the current salt/sand shed at Public Works at 197 Old Brunswick Rd, City Tax Map 019 Lot 015A.
