Public Hearing:  Kristian & Carrie Arsenault, along with Coffin Engineering are proposing to amend the Streamside Estates Subdivision(PDF, 214KB) .  The amendment consists of combing 015-013-006(PDF, 141KB)  with the adjacent lot (015-013b)(PDF, 775KB) , and then subdividing the two parcels to make three parcels as shown on the amended subdivision plan.
   
   
4. Public Hearing: To review possible amendments to the City Code-5.13- and the LUO-sections 10 and 17 in regard to  Short Term Rentals(PDF, 128KB) -
