Property Revaluation Underway

The City of Gardiner has begun its citywide property revaluation, running through 2026 and wrapping up in summer 2027. KRT Appraisal has been contracted to complete the work. KRT staff are visiting every property in Gardiner to measure structures and do a quick interior inspection. This keeps your property information accurate.

Gardiner Celebrates America's 250th

The City of Gardiner will be marking the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence with a variety of events and activities focused on the Revolutionary War, as well as Gardiner itself during in that time period. Events will occur from May to October 2026.
