4. Public Hearing: 180 West Hill Rd. LLC(PDF, 4MB) is proposing(PDF, 526KB)  to add a propane storage tank(PDF, 1MB)  next to the existing 20,000gallon oil tank at 180 West Hill Rd- Map 022 Lot 041 in the HDR/SL  district.
