  3. Neighborhood Informational Meeting/Site Inventory and Analysis: The owners of 19 Schacht Lane, Three Mainers LLC, have submitted a Preliminary Subdivision(PDF, 10MB)  application(PDF, 23MB) to be reviewed by Gardiner’s Planning Board.
    The Developer’s Agent, James Coffin PE- E. S Coffin Engineering & Surveying, LLC will be at the meeting to present information and answer neighboring property owners questions. After the informational meeting is over, Planning Board members will then review to determine if the application is complete.
