1. Call the meeting to order-

2. Roll Call-

3. Review of the May 18, 2026, ORC draft meeting minutes(PDF, 105KB) .

4. Public Works(PDF, 90KB)  is requesting a proposed ordinance prohibiting the placement of larger objects such as dumpsters, trailers, vehicles, and basketball hoops within 4’ of the pavement.  

5. Gardiner Water District(PDF, 97KB)  would like a proposed ordinance requiring new construction to connect to public water, where available, similar to Gardiner’s Sewer ordinance.

6. Bars(PDF, 66KB) - The committee will decide where bars/taverns are allowed and make amendments to the Use Chart (Section 7).

7.  Other- We will start working on State of Maine required changes (LD 1829, LD 997, LD 427, and LD 2173), in July. The next meeting is July 20, 2026
