  3. City of Gardiner’s Dearborn Park(PDF, 2MB)  , City Tax Map 034 Lot 109  is undergoing extensive renovations(PDF, 1MB) . Part of the plan is for café’ style lighting to be strung over the park, between 252 and 280 Water St in the Traditional Downtown District. The installation of these lights will include anchors installed in the mortar joints.
  4. Daniel Hechavarria-DGHWater, LLC(PDF, 4MB) , is proposing siding restoration at 1 Mechanic St and Decorative Fascia restoration at 238- and 228 Water St, City Tax Map 034 Lots 103&105 in the Traditional Downtown District.
  5. 285 Water St. LLC- Jason and Margaret Melanson(PDF, 4MB)  are requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of a fire escape at the rear of the building at City Tax Map 037 Lot 118 in the Traditional Downtown District.
