3. Review of the June 15, 2026, ORC draft meeting minutes(DOCX, 37KB) .

4. Public Works is requesting a proposed ordinance(DOCX, 22KB)  prohibiting the placement of larger objects such as dumpsters, trailers, vehicles, and basketball hoops within 4’ of the pavement.  

5. Gardiner Water District(DOCX, 31KB)  would like a proposed ordinance requiring new construction to connect to public water, where available, similar to Gardiner’s Sewer ordinance.

6. State of Maine required changes (LD 1829, LD 997, LD 427, and LD 2173)
