Tax Club Payment Plan
The city offers a Tax Club option to divide your tax bill into nine monthly installment payments, beginning in September and ending in May. The benefit to the club is that you do not accrue interest while making payments.
Tax Club Agreements must be renewed each year.
Applications are due no later than September 1.

No tax club will be issued after September 1, 2024.
Eligibility
All previous accounts must be paid in full before a tax club is issued, which consists of Real Estate and Personal Property tax bills. Properties in escrow are excluded from Tax Clubs.
Payments
Tax Clubs may include both Real Estate and Personal Property. It is the taxpayer’s responsibility, prior to the September deadline, to specify which bills they wish to include.
Tax Clubs are set up for individual accounts. It is the taxpayer’s responsibility to set up individual clubs each year. Payment coupons will be issued to designate which accounts to apply payment too.
Payments are due on the fifth day of each month. Post marks will be accepted. Interest will not accrue as long as your account is paid monthly and on time.
If you fail to make your monthly payment you will be removed from the Tax Club and interest will be charged as though you were not a Tax Club member. Once a tax club member’s benefit is removed, it cannot be reinstated until the next fiscal year.
