Traffic Alert: Route 24 River Ave Road Closure Published on August 22, 2025 The Maine Department of Transportation will be conducting work on Route 24 in South Gardiner for a large culvert replacement project. A road closure/detour will start on or about September 2. This road will be closed to all but local traffic for up to 30 days.
