Updated On-Street Parking Ban Due to Storm
Due to the incoming winter storm, the City of Gardiner has updated on-street parking restrictions to allow for snow removal and public safety operations.
Citywide On-Street Parking Ban
On-street parking is prohibited from 6:00 PM Sunday, January 25th through 6:00 AM Tuesday, January 27th.
This temporary restriction allows public works crews to clear streets efficiently and maintain safe travel conditions during and after the storm.
Downtown Water Street Exception
To support normal business operations, the downtown Water Street area will follow its regular overnight parking restriction, with no on-street parking from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
Residents are encouraged to stay off the roads and use public parking lots if possible during the storm to allow crews to work safely. If travel is necessary, please drive with caution, allow extra time, and be mindful of changing road conditions. We appreciate your cooperation as our public works department works to keep Gardiner’s streets safe and accessible.
City Hall & Library Closed
Due to the storm, Gardiner City Hall and the Gardiner Public Library will be closed Monday, January 26, 2026.
