Hatch Hill Increases Some Tipping Fees

Hatch Hill Landfill in Augusta has announced an increase in tipping fees for some items.

Tipping fees effective September 1, 2024:

Please note, residential single stream household recyclables and leaf/yard waste are still free items. Permit fees are unchanged as well.

This will be the first increase in universal and e-waste fees in over four years. Costs to recycle and labor to process have continued to increase requiring this change.
