The public is welcome to attend the meeting of the Gardiner-level EMS Regional Cost-Share Analysis and Advisory Group as it reviews Gardiner’s regional emergency medical service structure, operating costs, and long-term enterprise fund sustainability. Convened to help establish a transparent, shared financial foundation ahead of the FY2028 municipal budget cycle, this advisory panel comprises municipal leadership, Fire/EMS representatives, City Council members, and Ambulance Advisory Board members. We will discuss regional service delivery, cost-sharing formulas among our eight participating communities, and strategies to ensure reliable, high-quality paramedic emergency care. The group serves in an analytical and advisory role role; meetings are open to the public considering the participation of multiple City Council members and public meeting requirements.
