Join Kim Nixon Yoga & Healing Arts for season 12 of Yoga on the Boardwalk to stretch, breathe, quiet the mind, and strengthen the body. Focus will be on learning proper (safe) alignment, deepening body/mind awareness, and learning to listen to your body. Beginner-friendly. Suitable for all bodies.
As always, 30% of the revenue from our summer Yoga on the Boardwalk series will be donated to Kennebec Valley Humane Society for the care and rehoming of homeless animals in our community.
