Request for Proposals

Notice is hereby given that the City of Gardiner, Maine is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering and redesign services for Waterfront Park.
Scope of Services:
The project may include evaluation, engineering, and redesign recommendations related to the boardwalk, boat docks, additional parking, power and water service for long-term boat slips, a potential boat sewer dump station, the permanent stage, and public restrooms.
Proposal Requirements:
Proposals shall include, at a minimum, a project description, complete specifications, anticipated availability, and any other information necessary for the City to evaluate the proposer’s qualifications and approach.
Submission Deadline:
Proposals must be received no later than Monday, July 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Proposals shall be submitted to:
